In addition to her residential expertise, Anita holds the coveted title of Commercial Director and is part of Keller Williams’ Commercial Division. “Many of my clients who are business owners or corporate executives call me to help with their firm’s commercial needs as well as their residential ones,” Anita says.
Her ability to manage complex buying and selling transactions comes from management skills polished during her tenure as a Director of Education and Associate Manager for Coldwell Banker. These skills were called upon when she was asked to open a flag ship office for Keller Williams in 2007.
Personal values and a desire to give back to the community are evidenced by Anita and the The Rich Team’s volunteer service.

· Served on The Board of Directors for Safe Passage, a non-profit helping battered women and children
· Is a current member of The Board of Directors for WeSpark, a non-profit cancer support center started by Wendi Jo Sperber benefitting cancer patients and their families.
