Her ability to manage complex buying and selling transactions comes from management skills polished during her tenure as a Director of Education and Associate Manager for Coldwell Banker. These skills were called upon when she was asked to open a flag ship office for Keller Williams in 2007.

Anita was the Charter President of the Studio City Optimist Club, a group dedicated to youth who are wards of the court
Served on The Board of Directors for Safe Passage, a non-profit helping battered women and children
Is a current member of The Board of Directors for WeSpark, a non-profit cancer support center started by Wendi Jo Sperber benefitting cancer patients and their families.
